FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Whether you are new to iridology or have been to an iridology appointment in the past I've got answers for you!
The logistics
When visiting The Lomond Clinic for the first time, patients and clients frequently ask about logistics, appointment structure, and how to prepare. Common questions include where to park, opening hours, what documents to bring, and how long the appointment will take.
Opening Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (shut on Sunday)
Check-in Process: Just say your name and who you are coming to see to the receptionist, that'll be me Carolyn, no need to show ID or any proof and you'll be checked in.
Arrival Time: Ideally, 5 min in case you need to fill in paperwork for treatments at the clinic.
How long: Expect to be here at the clinic about 1 hour so take that into account if you parked your car on the street as the max is 1 hour in Helensburgh. Parking is free at the leisure centre on the seafront, not far from the clinic.
Travelling by rail: The Lomond Clinic is situated on the seafront, about 3-4 min walk from Helensburgh Central station.
Did you visit Helensburgh before? Helensburgh is the birthplace of John Logie Baird, the tv inventor. Events, walking trails, exhibitions, memorabilia and cute items in local shops are planned in 2026 to celebrate 100 years of T.V!!!
Remote Iridology Analysis FAQ
To carry out an accurate assessment, I will need clear photographs of your irises. High-quality, sharp images are essential. Before booking or making any payment, please email several photos of your eyes. I will review them and then get in touch to arrange a convenient time for your consultation, which can take place via WhatsApp, Messenger, or by phone.
Following our discussion about your health, you will receive a full iridology analysis report by email.
If you prefer to remain private, you are very welcome to proceed anonymously. Simply send your photos by email, and we can communicate entirely in writing without the need for a video, however a phone consultation is preferred.
I have carried out full iridology analyses for celebrities in the past who preferred to remain anonymous, hence I would like to let you know that this is ok with me too!
